Got arrested Saturday night along with 200 other people.
 

Yea so here in york, pa we all like to sit and hangout at old country buffet. We sit and talk and walk around every Saturday night. Theres usually about 200 people there every saturday night we'll this past saturday 75+ cop cars showed up and busted everyone. The directed everyone by gun point as they hauled everyone away in vans and impounded all the cars. Heres the sites for the news article and video.

Let me tell you this turned out to be a very crappy weekend for me.

wow thats preaty gay.... if they where doing survalance whey shoulda only arested people that where racing!

that sounds like a big car show and all assuden cops come to to arrest ya even if your driving a minivan just watching it...

how much was the ticket they gave ya? and is it a non moving or moving violation? i can see ALOT of people fighting those tickets!!! expetialy if it will mess up your insurnace!

Yea alot of ppl are fighting the tickets but they didnt tell us how much they said we'd get them in the mail and they could be between $25-$300. But yea it sucked and cost $200 to get the car out of the impound. And it is nothing but a big car show thats why I go to hangout talk to friends and look at some sweet rides. And the racing isn't done in the parking lot its done on rt. 30 right in front of the parking lot. I feel they shouldnt kick us out for that let us sit in the parking lot but if they don't want drag racing than sit on rt. 30 and pull them over. Don't arrest everyone for doing nothing wrong.

seriously, thats gayer tha boy george and elton john holding hands in san fransisco. I'd fight the ticket, most parking lots are public property anyhow

You should be able to fight it pretty easily. If you have a reciept for Old Country Buffet then you can say you were actually eating there and you were talking after dinner for a bit. You might be able to get the impound money back if you were parked there b/c you were eating at the restaurant.

O.C.B. Isn't open that late all this happened after hours about 12am but it still should be pretty easy to fight.

Where I live theres a route called route 40, where all the imports and muscle cars go to just drive around, then that rt goes straight into downtown and its one big loupe. Great driving rt. We have hangouts and stuff all the time infront of Famous Daves....Home Depot...anywhere we can. And cops break it up all the time. Thing is its private property and we cant just hang out and show off our cars anymore. But theres this one audio place where we HAVE permission by the owner to pop our hoods and hang out and sh*t @ Myer Emco. Good stuff. Just find a place where you have permission to hang out at, perferably someone who fixes up cars lol

Don't count on it being an easy to fight ticket as it will not be one. Not in PA with our draconian laws on this subject.
