Ok so lets see here this makes twice for the new year. great isn't it. so i was riding throught oliver springs last night. just cruising alon minding my own business. traffic was thick so i was alreay pissed off and in a hurry to get to my new girls house. so i cut off this expedition and he winds up riding my *** and bright lighting me. i mean RIDING MY ***!!! anywho i changed lanez again and he followed me. I am driving looking about three cars forward and then i see my WINDOW. i slippped my stick into the number two hole. grab 5000 RPM and jump forward screaming away from him. he follows me. he never catches me b/c as soon as i went through my window it shut after me. so i got lucky.
my window consisted of weaving through traffic from where ppl had slacked off enough from the person in front of them . plus everyone was driving really slow anyways. so i start weaving through traffic. i t was like i was making a basket
_ - _ - _ - _ - _. < i slipped through all of those cars and got hom free. so i keep on driving and i make it to the bridge. i go over the brige and pass two cars on the shoulder b/c i got tired of waiting on them to move the hell outta my way. *** soon as i come off of the bridge and get to the bottom of this hill. i scream past a O. S. city cop. who was sitting at a red light. my radar detector never went off b/c he didn't have it on. i was doing anywhere in the neighborhood of 75 and 80 in a 45mph zone. I WAS SCOOTIN'. lol. anywho. can you tell i find this hilarious. i decide should i run. nope. just pull over you can beat the rap not the cop. so i pull over into a parking lot after making a right at a red light. lol. anywho as we're pulled over and he calls in my plates another car pulls up. and what to my wondering eyes could i see. a purple ford expedition. the one from up there /\. so i lock my doors. lol. i was getting a lil worried at this poiint cause then another car pulled up must've been his buddy cause they never got outta the car. and left when the others did.
so they approachmy car and ask for my lisence. that's it. nothing else well we never had the time b/c...well.....just read on...... the cop asks me if i know why i was pulled over and i said, well officer not really, b/c when i seen you i wasn't really doing much. just making a right hand turn. hew said well.the guy here says he seen you weaving through about seven car back up near norwood. i said. huh! the guy then spoke up and whatthe hell were you doing you STUPID LITTLE ****ER!!!! now im really pissed. I said wait a minute. WHO THE **** ARE YOU?!? he said im an off duty police officer. then i realize i just got ****ed. this guy pulled called his buddy and asked him to pull me over. and that is what he did. i sit back in my seat and throw my hat oof of my head and onto the dash. I said well if you are a cop then why are you standing here cussing my out, a loyal citizen. why would you be driving on my as and bright lighting me back there. he said b/c you slammed on your brakes when i bright lighted you the first time. i siad yeah so that makes it right. he said not i'll tell you one thing tho, if i had hit you back there, i have my 2 daughters in that car with me. if i had hit you you'd been getting you're *** whipped on the side of the road. well. im a pretty big guy. i don't know if i can take a cop but i can give himn a good goddamn run for his money. so i said stupidly. anytime you feel feel froggy, then you just leap bitch. he said, what. i said you heard me. and he hit me. he punched me. i was like wtf. so i jumped out of the car and the officer on duty gets in his car and turns his jeep around. i hit the cop a few times and was down on him beatng him. and then the other cop turns grabs me off of him and cuffs me and him. puts his friend in the back of the squad car. and tells me to go stand by my car. so I won. the cop turns the jeep back around, i guesss b/c of the camera. and he starts talking toboth of us. and he starts getting my information. i say, look at that. law enforcement at its finest. he asks us i f we have calmed down yetand we both sasid yes. so he uncuffs both of us and we star talking about my car. turns out he has a 2000 Si. he likes mine he actually wants to but it. i told him 6 thousand. and he said he's probably call me. i was like well lemme get your number and says i already have yours/ and then the cop comes out of his car holding his ticket book. and i was written a reckless driving ticket. i was like wtf. with the situation that just haoppened here i thknk you should just let me slide. he said oh i will in court i will ask the judge to dismiss it and he probably will. b/c he will ask me if i saw you driving recklessly driving and i will say no and that will be the end of it. but only if you show up to court and be all calm and collected. if you act like as jack *** like you just did with my friend. then i will have the judge throw at you. i siad and then i will throw a chair at you. lol. he startec laughing. we all started laughing. he makesme sign the book and then we all went out separate ways. i said i'm really a nice guy when you get to know me. they boith siad i get that impression. i siad but when provoked i can be a total complete *******. like i was when you're friend called me a stupid little ****er.
so i get to my gf's house and tell her about it and i start talking to her mom about it. and we started talking about what i coud get done to the cop. i can file an assault charge but i could get a counter charge as well and also for battery. i can get a warrant for his arrest for following too closely and reckless endanger ment and child endangerment. but i thnk her can file the same one on me. so i thkn i'm ****ed. what do you guys think i should do. howe could i have handled this situation better? will this situatrion go away?

lol i would have break checked his *** so hard. if that douche is going to initially risk his daughters life and then blame you for it then he is still wrong since he initially started doing it. then he attacks you.... hope you broke something of his. since he is a cop then it make him look like a retard. since he has poor judgement it could also risk his job.

Yea that cop was a jerk, you should be allowed to risk other peoples lives on the street, because you dont want wait.
Man I can not wait until I get hired. I woulda locked you up for endangering the lives of innocent ppl.........Its drivers like you that get themselves and other people kill.....but cops are bad right?

the way i look at it. one of three things can happen.
1 i can go to court and get it dismissed
2 i can go to court and go to driving school
3 i can go to court and have the judge throw the book at me and then ill throw a chair at the officer.
-or-
i can just pay my ticket and let my insurance skyrocket. and hafta sell my car b/c i cwnnot pay my insurance i dont need that

But an Officer..on/off duty CAN'T EVER loose his temper. WTF..what if the cop pulled his piece? Does that make it justifiable? because some young kid mouthed off?
People please....cops are cops because they are supposed to be better then your average Joe on the road....that cop good/bad needs to seriously take a break before he totally looses control. I'd say his friend who wrote the ticket is pretty cool though...he let you off for striking an officer of the law (he did say he was a cop when he came up)
