Default Heed my warning.

Don't ever work for a custom car shop unless you own it. It isn't at all like the ones on TV. Trust me and save yourself the stress. [/rant]

i worked at a custom shop for co-op,about 5 months..its pretty sweet, but at this shop its all chill, its like a couple guys hanging out and eating pizza, people just walk in and out the back and come in visit for hours..only on thos busy days it might start to get a little hectic

that sounds like a shop near my house...but their work ethic is so poor that they're not making money. they drink beer on the job, too...fubared my car something fierce at one point because they couldn't think straight from the beer.

beer + automotive work = BADBADBAD IDEA!!

Only if you drink in excess. I usually have a few beers when working on my car, and all my work has turned out perfect.

buuuuuuuut would you work on a CUSTOMER'S car while drinking? i'd think not...that's a real good way to lose customers.
