I've read quite a few threads where the author of the post has stated something, and then someone comes along trying to help out, but only reads the last post and overlooks the information from the author. I know it must be frustrating at times to the author.

As HCF people, can we all try to read all of the posts in the thread so that we can fully understand the question or dilema of the author.

Agreed. All information is better than part.
