i haven't started smoking either and i'm 19. i really don't plan on it either. plus my g/f friend would kill me if she ever found out i started

my girlfriend almost killed me when she found out too...but i think shes over it?

 

haha i couldnt do that last pack stuff...i had to effin just throw half a pack away....then 20 mins later i was diggin through the trash, but then i finally kicked the habit when my gf threatened to leave me and i was smoke free!

 

Still going strong. apparently this is the worst of part of the two days. Ive rented a ton of movies and couped myself up in my apartment. I found an almost full pack in my apartment and without thinking i grabbed them and frisbee'd them out the window. Then I watched them fly 12 stories down. Im glad i did that.


Even though there is a little store at the bottom of my building. I can still have restraint in buying more...but if I left that pack that I found just sit around... I would probably be sucking on them right now.

I found that drinking a gulp of water everytime I have an urge to inhale a cigg actually works rather well. It keeps it at bay.

For everybody smoker or not... going through all of this I am truly bewildered that a small object wrapped in paper has so much power that there is not even a describable way to the non smokers on how much control these things actually have. They are argueably the most addictive man made substance out there.

Still clean! I will admit though, I had one like the other night. But Im over the addiction and dont crave any whatsoever. Its soooo nice to be able to smell and taste better. My sinuses cleared up too! I can breathe out of not one but two nostrils on a regular basis!!!
