Hobo got a job offer! ...what to do?

I'm the 2nd from the right. The one what looks like a well fed hobo. Geez, this is like 4 years ago.
As for the blonde... I can't find a single good pic of her.
I filled out my job separation stuff today and turned in my gear. Doesn't get more official than that.

Sigh, beginning to have second thoughts.
It's too late, mind you. All the paperwork is filed. But I've been there since 2006 and those people are like family. I pretty much give them 2 days notice and peace'd the **** out. They're down 5 dispatchers now. They have 12 when fully staffed. That puts a huge strain on my peoples, you know? And for what? A much smaller group of people I don't know at all? A group that might be worth getting to know, but at the cost of tossing away a whole network of people? I have zero reasons to go back to that side of town to visit them. It's located in the ghetto. Guns and drugs everywhere. ****ty place, no good stores or clubs or anything. I have zero incentive to ever even visit.
Ugh.
