Default Hobo needs a computer v2

Okay, so last time I tried to do this, the money disappeared and it fell through. Fast forward awhile and here I am, using a laptop from 2005 as a desktop through a docking station.

Its time to get with the times lol.

I've gotta keep it cheap because Hobo is constantly broke. I don't do much PC gaming so I'd be happy with an integrated video card. Must have HDMI output though.

Here's the first build idea/suggestion:

CPU:
Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

Mobo:
Newegg.com - ASUS M5A88-V EVO AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Desktop Memory Model F3-8500CL7D-8GBRL

Power:
Newegg.com - Antec NEO ECO 400C 400W Continuous Power ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

HDD:
Newegg.com - Western Digital RE4 WD5003ABYX 500GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Case:
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UB Black /Blue Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Other:
Will need internal wireless, not sure if I should go with USB or PCI
Will need an operating system. Might as well go with Windows 7

Thoughts? Substitutions?

I would still stick with a laptop.

I just got a Toshiba A505 about a year ago for $900.

It has a quad core i7 processor, Win7, 4gb ram, 500gb hd, 1gb video card and HDMI out.

Do you plan on connecting the HDMI out to a big screen HDTV? I play Hulu on our big screen via an HDMI extender over cat6 cable.
