Horrible Rose Bowl
 

First off, let me just say that I am a fan of neither Michigan nor USC. I am a tried and true Buckeye and had no emotion whatsoever invested in the Rose Bowl. I did, however, think it was going to be a good game (possibly even better than the National Championship game dare I say). So, given the fact that I cannot stand Pete Carroll, and Michigan is my girl's favorite team (uhh), I was hoping to see a little Wolverines putting the hurt on the Spartans action. Turns out that the entire first half was a clinic on defense, at the end of which I was so exhausted by boredom that I went to get some Applebee's. While eating my half-priced appetizers I watched the rest of the game, but not once was there any real action. Sure, if the first half was a defense clinic, the second half was a pass and catch clinic put on by the folks at USC, but even the fans seemed to be yawning. What a waste...at least there's Jan 8.

well Michigan's my team, so you can imaigne im pissed too.

No penalties in the first half was kind of weird, but the second half eveyrthing just went downhill

i think the fiesta bowl is going to be the best game this year hands down. if you missed that game last night then you missed boise state out of the wac beating oklahoma who is out of the big 12. great game, an instant classic.

The fiesta bowl was pretty good. I only watched the 4th quarter and overtime. I'm not a college football at all but i thought that this game was really good.

personally, i'm hoping the sugar bowl would be a descent game. It all goes down on Jan 8th though. All i can say is Troy...
