I work about 50 hours a week at sears auto and average about 10 bucks an hour. Not having a GF and not eating out saves me hundreds of dollars a month. Its nuts howI can blow several hundred dollars a week if I go out a few nights.

I usually get school jobs that pay me good to do nothing
Like my freshman year, i was kind of a waiter for the international house of my school were they basically payed me $11hr to eat and take naps hehehe. My second job, I was a lab assistant and I got pay $11 hr to feed and check the health status of some laboratory frogs. My summer job, I worked for the economics department of my school in helping them paint some rooms. I got payed $14hr to work only 3 days a week but got pay for the whole week
. There were a couple of weeks when I dind't had to come to work at all and I still got payed. Also, most of the time I was just taking a naps hehehe.
however, this semester i'm not working because I hardly have time even though i'm only taking 3 classes[&:][:-]... damn upper division classes and neuroanatomy

I got screwed out of a raise a few months back so I'm making really crap money instead of just crap money. I'm the assistant manager of an arcade. Been scraping by since I didn't get my raise so I haven't really done anything to my car.
Shopping around, getting good deals, knowing people, and doing the work yourself can save a good amount of money for sure.
