You might have a firewall giving you problems, check that. Now, you probably need to revamp your entire multimedia software. First ditch any thing that plays tunes, like windows media player, quicktime, musicmatch, anything like that uninstall all. Now, go to www.apple.com to downlaod quicktime, do that. Then windows media player at www.microsoft.com. Thats pretty much all you need.
