I think i've figured it out.
Tim, I also have suffered from this disorder for many, many years. I have handled it by only working at jobs that don't start until at least 10AM like at bicycle shops or by working out of the house by doing computer/speaker/bicycle repairs. I instruct people to never call me before 9AM. Where it has been the hardest is in relationships.She goes to bed at 10PM and I stay up to at least 2AM. My current significant other also likes to sleep in late, so we still get up at the same time, usually around 9AM. I got into this routine in my early 30's and have been in it ever since. I have tried several of the sugestions in the Wiki article, they seem to help temporarilyuntil something gets me back into the old routine again. Now that I am 64, and take care of my mother at home, this is less of a problem for me. Good luck at finding a lasting solution for you.
