That's actually not bad, I remember this summer a couple people from work had to fly over and it was $10,000+ round trip. First class of course.

 

I am 6'4 and 265 lbs... I had to book it business class cuz I wont fit in coach anymore... havent since I was 14! This will be the first time in 1 1/2 years getting back there... quick training, some translating and flying back...

September/October was always my favorite transition in Japan because the cold wind doesnt come until November. April/May are beautiful but the wind is still very cold.
