so yesterday i had this cookout and my whole race team was there (bout 10 ppl) and all we heard was sweet sounding exhaust and then WHOOSH the BOV it went by so fast we couldnt see anything but a blue blur....so we hung out in my driveway for like 30 mins hoping it would go back by....sure enough it came by my house only slower to make a turn and guess what McLaren F1
BOOM! we all came in our undies it was sooo amazing, never seen one in real life. this one was modded to the teeth.

 

I didnt think the F1's were boosted. Where do you live again, I've heard of one in Michigan, but it was in the northern LP

i live in edwardsburg mi on garver lake right accross from garver lake bar, the car went down garver lake rd towards 12
i coulda swore it was an F1 it was dark blue with a metal wing. the only other car i can think it might be is this hybrid car from the mischief dvd it looked like that and it had an NSX engine, twin turbo it was nice and looked alot like an F1, but i think they only made 3 or 4 of them and the chances of 1 being in MI are slim i guess i dunno

 

gotcha, I'm not calling you a liar, it's defintiely believable that you saw one, I just questioned exactly what it was due to the turbo sound. Like I said theres an F1 in the northern michigan area, and its not like they aren't moddable. You'd have to be a friggin nut-bag to boost a McLaren F1 tho. There just isn't a "too fast" for some people

The F1's were not boosted, I think the had MB V12's in them though.

I believe the MB are boosted... not sure. But the MB Mc. has a 100% CF body... it woulndt likely have a metal wing... but then again we are talking about the F1
