Booked a holiday to Cancun this week. Going over early June next year for two weeks of hard partying. So far there is 7 of us going and maybe a couple more. I know how you yanks like to get yo groove on other there, so anybody off the forum going?

i heard that there are some sweet spots in mexico aside from cancun. good luck with the trip though man, you will have a blast

My high school spanish teacher said that Cancun does not count as authentic mexico.

 

^ ur high school teacher is dumb...Cancun is in Mexico, therefor it is authentic. San Diego is in California therefor it is not authentic Mexico...(lots of Mexicans, lots of Mexican food)

It's not like there r a bunch of jack in the boxex, mcdonalds, carls jr, etc. in cancun

soCal the teacher means it like that is not what the rest of mexico looks like. they make cancun look nice for tourists attraction but the rest of mexico is really poor they have little kids wandering the streets asking for money selling little pieces of gum for a nickel.
