hmm...mine would be when i went to six flags in denver and we all went to the water park. they have these gianormous water slides, and one of them is pretty close to being a straight vertical drop. so of course, me in my two piece bathing suit, decided i needed to try that one. at the end of it, i had swimsuit wedged so far up my butt, and i was trying to "adjust" it while sitting at the bottom of the slide when the lifeguard started yelling at me and telling me to get out of the slide. so i had to get out with this massive wedgie in front of everyone.

OMG, now that you mention that, I remember a really bad one that happened to me. I was swimming in the ocean and my 'kini was too small on top and too big on the bottom. A wave hit and there was complete boobage on the front lines. Thankfully my *** was still underwater and I could adjust the bottoms without anyone seeing, but up top, the damage had been done. My aunt wailed on me for days about that.

a few years ago as a freshman i was trying out for the high school hockey team...10 seconds left in the 4th tryout the puck is passed to me at the point...I get ready to one time it and i miss completely, and fall on the ground.
