Default My civic got into an accident :(

I was driving in a single lane, about to make a left turn, when the car behind thought i was going right because my car more toward right hand side, he came swerved around the left side of me so quick while i am about to turn left, our cars collide and boom.

sucks soo much

i dont know, i have to call my insurance company and talk to them. it really sucks, that car has been taken care of so well. never gave us any problem

the problem is our deductable is $1000, and if the damage is not that equivalent, we cant make a claim

was your blinker on? I would say if it wasn't then you're both at fault(he shouldn't have been so close and he can say you should've be cutting over in front of people)

looks light damage at least... id say it is under 1K....
bumper cover, fender, and maybe the headlight if the mounting tabs are broken.
fairly easy enough... and since your cars not to old the paint should still match with just new paint.

and ya if your blinker was on it would be his fault... only downfall about that is unless you have a witness.... its a NO HE DIDNT... YA I DID.... and ur both at fault...... just hope it messed up his car more than yours since he was in the wrong...
