So me and g-friend go on our first vacation together, just an hour or so drive away from home to a place called Starved Rock (hiking and all sorts of nature things).We didnt stay at their lodge we stayed at a Hampton Inn. check in time is 2 and we get there about 15 minutes early and there is a taco bell infront of it so we go get some food. right after we place our order an older man comments on how u dont see to many cougars (local minor league baseball team) shirts in this area, as i was wearing one. the guy goes on to tell us he is from my area and how he is being paid to marry a couple this weekend. bla bla bla bla lunch is over we go check in and the lady behind the counter tells us room 204. up the elevator we go, right to the room, drop the card in the door, and as we open it we hear "WRONG ROOM, WRONG ROOM, YOU HAVE THE WRONG ROOM" and we look and there is the they guy from taco bell *** naked sitting at the desk, probably masterbating! we slam the door and hit the button for the elevator and we get down to the desk the lady just laughes gives us a different room and as we are watch the elevator doors open out comes the man, now fully clothed, and he says "Its always nice to see more of your fellow hotel guests than your used to, I dont get to do that type of thing when i am at home so i was just enjoying my freedom" we nodded and said ok and got in the elevator and never saw that man again.

good news is i got my record high gas milage 48mpg on that trip and gas was only 3.05 there.

I've worked at the arcade at that lodge... Grand Bear Lodge. Pretty nice place, got to stay for free and whatnot since it was only a couple days. Just a work trip tho didn't get to do any of the park stuff. Maybe next time.

yeah the women paid for the room if it was me i woulda raised hell but she told me not to.
