I was watching sportscenter this morning and watched as Nomar Garciaparra fell out of the batters box, it didnt look bad until they said what happened to him, HE TORE HIS GROIN MUSCLE RIGHT OFF OF HIS BONE. Now i know alot of us have had some ****ty days recently but this might take the cake.
