R?C Helicopter
Ok, so I just thought I would share one of my newest hobbies. I recently picked up an eflite blade cx2 r/c helicopter and have been having tons of fun with it. I was wondering if anyone else had tried r/c helicopters before, or any other high end r/c craft. Oh and I'll ad pics a little later...this thing rocks.

I used to build RC planes from scratch... that was a fun and time consuming hobby...I still have a diesel engine that is very rare that we used on WW2 replica planes...

RE: R?C Helicopter
that's sweet gsumano...i have a little micro heli too but didin't think it was worth mentioning. Your brothers heli seems awesome, but single rotor helis are pretty hard to control, though they have more potential in the long run. My CX2 is a twin coaxial rotor heli, but one of the best of the dual rotors. Let me know how yalls luck goes on that, I'm absolutely loving my bird (that seems to be what people call them I guess)
And roto, a diesel engine? that's badass. |
RE: R?C Helicopter
diesel was the only way to do model airplanes before all the fancy-shmancy "regular" type engines came out... that engien is probably older than most people on this forum...
