Default Roadside assistance my @$$

I just need to let this out of myself, so please bare with me. Today my civ died in the middle of the street. It cranked and coughed every time I tried to start it (Normal and push-start), but it didn't run over a second. I tried to figure out what the problem was and came to a conclusion that the fuel pump must be dead. It was 11 am and I thought "fine, I can still get it to a shop and get to work on time". I called roadside assistance since it's part of my phone bill and they tell me someone will be there in an hour. I call them again at 1:30 and tell ask them where is the truck...they put me on hold and in 10 minutes they tell me the truck will be there in 30 minutes. I have to be at work at 2 so I call work and tell them I'm gonna be a little late. At 2:30 I call again and ask about the truck again...they say it will be there in 30 minutes. I freak out and tell them I will show up at their office and beat somebody up. They tell me they'll get me another truck. At 3:30 I call again, talk to their manager, tell him to screw himself and that I will sue them if I don't get a truck soon. He tells me it will be there in 10 minutes. I kept calling them every 30 minutes before I finally got a truck at 5:30. I towed it to the shop and the damned thing started as soon as it was off the bed...I ended up 4 hours late for work and I think I'm f-ed up for the holidays cuz I didn't have a freakin' jacket and it was cold as North Pole.......just wanted to whine to someone ya know...
