That's what I was saying about V-ball...running in sand and heat makes you look like you wear your skin one size to small.

hahahah this is great, and ill say whatever to whoever, as long as they dont have a gun or a pit bull, i can out run them.
before my accident i was one of the fastest in my class, Quarter mile in under six minutes lol never took track tho, it's gay and i don't need to show off i can run, then cops will pay more attention to me lol and bring back up.
i have to be good at running, thats how my people got here " VAMOS!!!"

thats weak i can run that in 7:30 with my bad knee and running with a cane

 

The only thing your getting done in 8 and a half minutes is your bedroom routine. And that's including foreplay.
