And this is a bad thing how? i mean he is everything people want in a roomate, quiet, isn't nosey, doesn't throw random parties, and as long as he pays his part of the bills, and doens't leave a mess everywhere. whats the big deal?

dude try living with my roommate.
He goes to sleep at 5am in the morning playing War of Worldcraft. Wakes up at 3pm in the afternoon and starts playing it again. In the 7 day week, he only leaves the room just to go class.
I AM EFFING TIRED OF HIM. HE IS A LOSER!

Because we are in the same exact room. Its a dormitory. I have classes at 8am in the morning. He is up all night playing that game and banging on the computer and he has a like a giant monitor, so the room is basically lit up. So he keeps me awake up all night. I nicely talked to him about and seems like he could give two shi*ts about it.
Then we wakes up at 3pm in the afternoon. So i have to be very quiet in my own till half the day is over. Its been 7 weeks like this, now its getting very frustrating.
He might not bother me directly, but he is actually driving me nuts indirectly
could be smelling like alcahol or pot when he comes home and smell up the joint. just stright up ask him to change before he comes home and to were socks
Buy him a pair of socks!!!
My freshman year, I was in a tripple, and one of my roommates smell like sweat every single day. Me and my other roommate never had the courage to tell him that he smell[&:], I guess we felt sorry for him since he was always so quiet and all he did was watch those cartoon animations and play video games.
Just don't be quiet.

Man I would not give a **** who it was I'd tell em to put some ****ing socks on that **** is nasty as hell and can/will cultivate bacteria, fungus, and yes bad smells. Tell that dude he is a nasty *** and to clean his act up.
Man, i do NOT miss living with roomates
I do feel for you though, I had some ****ty roomates in college. One who's mom cleaned up after him his whole life, so once he hit college, he was a complete slob. It got to the point where he was leaving dirty dishes all over the place, so I stacked them up, and tossed them all in his closet.
The other, was a drug addict. He would spend his days mowing lawns for this dude who paid him with liquid oxy's. He'd get so bent on the oxy's that he'd skip his real job and sleep all day. He tried to bail and move out without paying us for his share of expenses. I caught word of his plans, and one day during hisoxy enduced coma, I took all his **** to the pawn shop.
Gotta be stern with roomates like these, cause trust me, unless you slap them in the face with facts, they won't ever "get it"

I just cleaned the house too and he comes in and stinks it right up again!" Your a guy, I bet he smells better than your BO
