Do places like sunrisejdm, and others buy used engines? If not, where would I sell old ones? (besides ebay)

 

I'm not sure about Sunrise, but I know my main importer (Foreign Engines, Inc.) does. But they're in Lynnwood, WA, so...

 

Any idea how much a B16A2 would go for?

And does Foreign Engines have a website?

I have a complete JDM B16A with trans, ecu and wiring harness for $1600. I'm in Baltimore MD

but Civtegras is a b16a(1), right? you want at least an obd1 sir2 motor mossy.

 

yea my motor is more suitable for 4th gen or earlier civics however they do sell jumper harness' you can use to make the obd1 work. For an easier drop you would want to go with a B16A2 however if interested your looking about $350 for shipping unless your on the west coast which Mossy I know your not.

 

yea, i was looking more for a B16A2. or if i can bump my budget up high enough, a GSR
