ish isn't very good for your ticker. Jitters is going to be something you have to get used to. I couldn't sit still in class on it, so no no

Its not anything too bad for your ticker. You have to eat something before you take one. I went on it once and lost a ton of weight (I need to get back on it). You are feeling jittery because that thing is basically 3 shots of expresso crammed into a pill. I liked them though, because coffee and mountain dew doesnt wake me up in the morning.

They are really designed though for you to eat a small meal, and go for a jog. It burns twice as much when you use them in conjunction.

HOWEVER, its not the ticker that is the concern, but your liver. If you are a normal healthy person you will be fine.. just font use em for like 2 years straight. Your body will get addicted to them. No kidding. Try to shed your pounds off within 2 bottles (about 20-30 lbs of weight loss)

Hope that helps.

I had a friend that too Stacker2 for about a week to drop a weight class for wrestling. He dropped about 10 pounds (in conjunction with running), but he also said that he feared for his heart whenever he was on it. Just be careful, those things can be super addictive.

Yeah you got the stacker jitters. Like he said though watch and don't get hooked. I got hook on this diet pill called adapeck <--- spelling. The doctor said that they was about as close to coke that you could get and I had to let them go.
