well i am $167,000 in debt now
well i have been looking into buying my 1st home recently and i finally found one in an area that i like and has the right options so i figured i would let u all see my new home too....its 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, loft, huge great room and a full basement.....it was just built a month ago so its nice....oh the possiblities with this one.....and oh how i am in debt now

$167k won't even get you a condo or a townhouse here. Either way, congrats. A house like that certainly has a lot of possibilities and a good chance of earning some equity later on down the road.
