If thats a basement thats begging for 2 things. Either a killer home theater (better get it befroe the kid comes or you will never have one) or a nice garage for your car (paint the floor with a honda logo sealed in it)

i live in downtown columbus ohio.....i ma glad u all liked it i got it pretty cheap for a new house i knew the realtor and got a ton off it....the back will have a deck and a fence for my siberian husky pup and the basement will be finished with home theater and pool table and a full bar

 

holy ****, the town homes around here are like 200k and up (new), I argee thats hella cheap

I also agree, that backyard deff. needs a deck and or fence if ya could afford one
