with prices like that i guess i should feel lucky that the house i'm buying was only around $80,000. it's no mansion, but it's no slum neither.

My parents had a house built (moved in almost a year ago) and its gone up about $200k. Your house would go for nearly a million around here. I live in the bay area. House costs are getting to be quite ridiculous around here.
But anyway..Congratulations..Nice to have a comfy garage for your Honda!

 

That is a very nice house. And inexpensive. That house in my area could easily go for 350-425k. easy.
