Work finally caught up to my usage of HCF and has now filtered out "vehicles." I only get 1 hour of use on "filtered" sites so I can't/won't be around as much. I know, I know, dry your eyes. I am gonna have withdrawals.

errrm, not that i like computers or anything *cough*.

But here are some i used to use when my uni blocked my account:

use a proxy site (a site that lets you view pages through it and not be detected-genious idea!!!)

here are some proxy sites (some may not work now)

http://www.guardster.com - this used to work for everything!"!!!!

There may be a problem though, if the web is monitered it may eventually pick up the proxy and shut it down, if this does happen there may be a way of locally shutting it down, i'll have a look if you get stuck.
