i cant tell what this part is.. its broken clear up to the frame... someone help me out....

anyone agree with me? it looks like a line leading to an ac evap...

 

ok well i did trace it all the way around the back of the engine to the condensor? do i need it?!... i dont run ac..and i dont have time/money to replace it...... i will almost agree with you pat.. it has something to do with cooling.....

and sorry about pic size.. thats all i got cause it came from my cellie phone...the digi is broken till further notice..

 

i recently cut out all of the AC lines on the missus' truck...

just be careful that you still dont have the system charged

 

theres a big hole in the piping.. it got attacked by the brick wall theres nothing left in the whole system... gotta get this baby fixed.. trannys on its way... need to fix the starter... and put the new radiator on somehow..
then i am gonna drive it...street legal or not

 

It could be an evaporator or a drier (i forget which one goes on the high side). Does it look like a canister?

 

muahahhaha we are all wrong... its a power steering cooling rail .. i thought it was broken.. but its just bent... i went to take it off cause i was thinking of getting some brass pipe and sodering up a new one.. but i found out its got lotttts of fluid in it... soo.. its all good.. thanks for the help.. got my car running... somehow i fixed the timing on her too..hahaha.. just need the tranny and shes golden
