Those are the same color as the car. Is that ricer? Black wheels on a black car is ricer too? I know what you mean though apoplectic, just giving you a hard time. People who paint the car baby blue and the wheels to match the car color is what you are referring to, correct?
I guess i would say that something being "ricer" would just be a personal opinion. I know my konig rims are the same color as my car, black. but to me is not ricer. so to others, it may be, who knows!
White and black (and silver if you own a DeLorian I suppose?) are the exception for the rims. If you have a teal Civic, and paint the rims teal, thats bordering on ricer IMO. I think there can't be one single aspect that makes your car a ricer car, it has to be many things. If you just have a spoiler, or just a loud muffler, your not ricer, just sort of close.
