i was driving to my girls house and i was 2 blocks away and some chick flys by a stop sign. i see she isnt stopping so i press on the brakes and i hit her rear wheel. she comes out the car crying and is begging me not to call the cops. its her mans car and she has no insurance or license. i felt bad and let her go thinkin that my damage would be a couple of bucks ($300 or so) it ends up that my frame became bent and it was $900. what would you had done

 

Would have done, or should do?

Would have- gotten info, contacted authorities and had the responsible party pay for my car.

Should- track her *** down and sue to fix my car.

 

if she is retarded enough to drive without insurance and a license and run stops signs then you would have done people a favor and call the 5-0. maybe there is a little geo with 50 kids cramed in the back, she hits them, 40 die.... give or take

 

i would put her in jail for that.if she begged you that didnt mean u let her go.it was not only about the money fixing your car.i, but also about giving her a lesson . but what can i say. sorr for your car.

ya man, i dont care how much she was crying i would of flipped out on her.. call the cops and let them sort it out this way you get your car fixed and she gets what she gets, or you could of just been like ,ok ok i wont call the cops but then say you are gunna call your parents and then call the cops, then they just happen to drive by
