???where does it come from???
Hey guys I don't mean to dis' or sound like an a&^hole but WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR INFO FROM AND WHY IS EVERYBODY AGAINST BODY MODS???!!! I mean I have not really seen misinformation but ... bad or not entirely true info all over this site. From detailing to engine mods!!! I hope you read tech manuals not just SUPERSTREET!!! PLEASE DEFY ME WITH YOUR WISDOM.P.S. I did make an engine ID error in my initial newbie post but....C"mon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
be more specific, links will help
.....I hope you've got your flame suit strapped up, because attempting to take on an entire forum will get you no where but burned.
If we read nothing but superstreet, we'd all be rockin'm body kits. The majority of members choose to spend their money on Function, not Fashion. That is why theres always people trying to steer others away from wasting $$$ on body kits and such.

I have spent money On my body kit but the car was wrecked when I got it.So it was money I needed to spend.I could of went oem but I decied might as well as long as body kit fits the cars performance.
Like forty said I would rather have more performance than looks. I do like body kits and little things to make rides look nice but I will spend my money working on performance first. Looks will come last for me.
I get all my knowlege from wrenching. I feel a good balance of body and power makes a sweet car. I got lots of body mods and lots of engine mods... You can tell who has real wisdom and who has magazine wisdom....
Berz out.
Berz out.
**** reading anything I do ****, I spend hours on my car, I am the one turning wrenches. There is no publication that can tell me anything I dont allready know. Not that I am cocky about knowing stuff it's just that I have done this for the majority of my life, through busted knuckle, pain, agrevasion, and mistakes I have taught myself what to do and not to do. No desk jockey that writes stories on body kits and overpriced rims can teach me anything.
I have a big fat book on cars, it pretty much covers every system in an automobile. It is a text book from autoshop. I've learned everything from either class, working on cars, and reading that book (for class usually). I don't read those stupid tuner magazines, i look at them at the store if im bored some times. I don't liek body kits because i don't think they are worth the money. I'm more performance minded so i would rather have mods that would give gains rather than a body kit that might look good.
Why plagerize a bad magazine? I will review engine build ups and reviews of products, but I usually don't recommend anything unless I have seen it. I mean hey...get you a tornado, magic gas pill, and some slick 50 and you'll never have to fill your gas tank again right??????
Wrench on...wrench off....
If you like the look of body kits, by all means go for it....just get it fitted and painted within the same week. I really don't like aftermarket triple stacked wings though...just to much.....kinda like tassles in the windsheild and tuck and rolled velvet seats. You have to draw a line somewhere.
