dude, i got mine out last thursday. I got ibu 600's and Lortab's. Sucks hey? I only got my bottoms out too (dont have tops for some reason). I'm still in pain from it, my heart is stil fluttery from the anestesia too. Eat lots of yogurts, some fruit, milk shakes, and blended up soup. Take a few days off, play video games, watch movies, and spent alot of time on HCF and you'll be set sucks though for sure man. Oh! And don't smoke too much! I smoked quite a bit and my teeth definitely hurt worse afterwords.

I had all 4 of mine pulled/cut out when I was 16. It sucked, I got an infection and my neck and jaw for screwed up from my mouth being cranked wide open for however long they were prodding around in my mouth.

I had all 4 removed... and all 4 of them were impacted. Of course, I chose to be knocked out (it made for one hell of a fun day after I woke up lol)... I can account for about 2, maybe 3 hours of that entire day.

All I can say, is an icepack is your friend (icing my jaw combined with the pills they gave me for swelling was the reason I had next to no swelling)... and get some sleep (or at least rest). By the way, you can't eat chinese food for the next few days... been there, done that... it doesn't work well (neither does trying to eat a Big Mac... I even cut the thing up to bite-sized peices lol).

Have fun yawning until they remove the stitches btw

My dentist wants to take my lowers out. Crappy part is he tells me its worse when you are older because the teeth are holding tighter. I was told to expect to miss 3 days of work (not a bad thing). I hope he's just trying to psych me out. I have a pretty high threshold for pain, so I'm hopeful.
