Default car will not start
My 92 civic will not start I changed the main relay because I could not hear the fuel pump going on.
The fuel pump still does not go on and thecheck engine light stays on and will not go offand the car still will not start. How do I check thefuel pump to see ifthe fuel pump is bad?

Solid CEL and no fuel pump priming usually means a bad ecu. Is the ecu chipped?
