02 Civic, Intermittent Power loss

02 Honda Civic. Intermittent power loss while driving. It will drive normal then lose power, feather pedal and it stops, then does it again randomly. Very irritating, if happens on cruise control, car falls on its face 75 down to 45... 303,000 Miles. Motor has 190,000. 1.7L. Checked codes, fixed them. Only one now is emissions (I believe due to stainless headers, were on swap motor) Been to 2 mechanics, outside of my garage. No ideas...
New:
fuel filter
Air intake temp sensor
fast idle timing valve
alternator
Crank sensor.
Its my daily work car 80+ miles each way. Please help. Thanks

Check and troubleshoot cruise control. Sounds like throttle linkage that goes from cruise actuator to throttle. But it could be anything from a fuse, the cruise controller (it under the dash) to brake switch, or the actuator itself. But can’t ever rule out a slight vacuum leak somewhere in the cruise control system.

I read your post a couple of times and as I understand you, this problem only happens when you are on cruise control, correct? If that's the case, then your problem is in the cruise control system and not something like ignition, fuel, etc. You need to get a repair manual, or look on this site (sticky up top) for the manual for your car. In it you'll find the section that will explain the complete cruise control system so you can solve your problem.
