02 Honda Civic starting problem?!??!

I had this happen to me last year i went to junk yard removed the immobilizer and have it reprogram by car lock smith, all it is ur vin number program to the key and immobilizer device this thing tend to go bad on this car...

Have you checked the key itself and the receiver module near the keyhole? The receiver picks up the signal from the key and sends it to the ECU. I do not think it needs to be programmed to match the key, it just passes any code it receives to the ECU.
Or maybe it is not being immobilized but something else is broken. Look for the CEL to turn on and back off when you turn key on but don't crank, this is a sign that the ECU is booting up and running and I think it will happen even if key is not recognized.
