03 civic ex engine problem, any advice?

i posted before and still have the same problem with no luck figuring it out.

-2003 civic ex 108,xxx miles
-manual transmission
-new spark plugs, air filter, oil

when i start the car after it's semi warm, i try to take off with in 30 sec. of starting it and i lose all response to the gas pedal and the car feels like it is going to stall, if i shift back to neutral and press on the gas there is no response, i usually wait about 2min and then it clears up and i have have no problems from there. it only happens when the car is semi warm and has never happened after the car has sat over night.

i took off the cat to see if that was it and it was still giving me the same problem.

i tested the TPS and have the correct voltage that's about all i have checked though.
i've been told EGR, O2, crank positioning sensor, and another sensor on the throttle body which i forget the name of. has anyone else had this problem? whats the solution?
the car is not throwing a code, and i had it scanned anyway and nothing came up. any ideas? i don't want to start throwing parts at it until something works.
