'03 Civic. Vibration at all speeds, poor acceleration, noisy engine.
 

Hey all - long time reader, first time poster. I have a 2003 Civic EX with 74000 miles. Subject line pretty much says it all. I've been dealing with a vibration in the car for the past 6 months but things have gotten worse in the past few weeks. Vibration can be felt through the gas pedal sometimes so bad that my foot almost goes numb. I recently had two tires replaced and I've been told they are all in balance. Also just had 2 mounts replaced. Ever since the mounts were replaced I've noticed a lack of power when accelerating and a significantly noisier engine. No CEL. Spark plugs were all switched out ablut a month ago as well. Every once in a while Ill get a chirping/whirring noise upon acceleration. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. I am a bit concerned due to my 45 work commute.

Sorry also forgot to mention that the engine seems to be struggling but not stalling upon start up.
