Default 05 Civic starts for one second then dies.

I have an 05 Civic which had a blown head gasket I just fixed. It has been running fine for a couple weeks then it just wouldn't run. It starts up but then dies. It happens the same way every time. It starts up without any trouble then dies like someone hit the kill switch. There is no sputtering or trying to run, it starts for a second then dies. This happens the same way every time.

I replaced the fuel pump but it still does the same thing. And when I disconnected the old pump it had plenty pressure in the lines.

I do have a code, p0139, but I believe it has to do with a cracked exhaust manifold that happened when the car over heated. I put something on the crack that lasted a few days and the code went away. But when the patch came off the code came back.

Any thoughts why it wont start? The fuel pump is fine and the fuel filter is attached to the fuel pump on this model. Any thoughts I can try?
