06 Civic drags when starting

Hey guys, wonder if someone on here can help me. My 06 civic is dragging, sometimes a lot, when I try to start the car. I have replaced the battery, tested the alternator which turned out ok, and I've had the starter looked at by two different mechanics and neither of them can find anything wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
