Default Headlight problems

Hi guys, I recently purchased a pair of LED projector headlights for my 04 civic and I noticed after the installation that my low beams were dim and projecting a yellowish light which is hindering my night time driving ability. I've already changed the bulbs with HID hyper-white bulbs and I'm still getting the same result. What can I do to make my lights brighter?? Here's a picture of the headlights I bought: "R8 Style LED" 2004-2005 Honda Civic JDM BLACK Projector Headlights FREE SHIPPED | eBay

...eBay...

Do check that the voltage at the bulb is at least 12 when the lights are on.

I checked the voltage, it was fine. Me and my dad were thinking that the clear lens projectors were just really low quality which might be causing my low beams to be yellowish. I was thinking about installing an HID kit, but I might consult with a professional and get some opinions first before I start wasting more money.

They make projector headlights for regular halogen bulbs and for HID bulbs. make sure your headlights are able to accept HID bulbs.
