Usually this is a worn out or faulty battery. Disconnect the battery while you're not using the car and then if it still doesn't start after you reconnect it, replace battery. If the battery doesn't run down while disconnected, check the car for things that don't turn off. The brake lights, light in the trunk, and aftermarket stereo equipment are common problems.
If you have a stock radio, you will need to enter the security code to make it work again after disconnecting the battery. Read the owner's manual and be sure you know the code before disconnecting.
