Default 09 Caliper rubbing on rim

Replaced front pads some time ago and now passenger caliper is rubbing on rib with increasing frequency. What'd I do wrong/What's solution?

Thanks in advance.

Are you on stock wheels? What type of pads did you change to? Is the wheel touching the caliper constantly, or is it only one spot on the wheel? Did you torque your lug nuts correctly?

Yes, stock, don't recall the pads, caliper touches rim when braking occasionally but is doing so more and more. Oddly enough I can't see the place on the rim where they are rubbing - it hasn't worn through the paint yet. Lug nuts were torqued correctly.
