1989 civic
just got a 89 civic and it was not running guy put new battry and what not and i found out that the 60amp fuse blown under the hood! do u think he crossed the battry cables or what? have replaced it and it blew again! without turning the ignition on! need help asap! james-email me at topcrow@hotmail.com
