1989 Civic stalls after warm up while driving

Hey everyone, this car has been a journey.

It's a 1989 Civic LX with a 1.5L Dual Point, standard trans. It runs good and drives fine until it warms up, and then it dies when the RPMs drop to idle. It stumbles a little before it shuts down, and you can smell raw fuel, so I think its flooding out, I just can't figure out why. It restarts just fine after a minute or so, with the throttle held open like a flood clear on a modern car. I'm out of ideas here, and I hate to keep shotgunning parts at it, so any help is much appreciated. See below for a list of parts and other work that I have done over the last few months.

First off, the car wasn't running when I got it, and by the looks of it, it hadn't been running for a long time. I had to do quite a bit of work just to get it to start, ill give a brief run-down of the new parts and a quick reason why it was replaced:

Let me give you a brief background of everything that has been done so far:

The list of new parts:

- Rebuilt Brake Master Cylinder

- New Brake Booster

- Distributor - Broken ignitor

- Starter - Solenoid failure

- Main Relay - No voltage sent to fuel pump

- Fuel Pump - Rusted and falling apart, INOP with voltage applied

- Fuel Filter - Totally clogged from bad gas (cleaned the tank too during pump change)

- Vacuum Lines - Dry rotted

- Alternator - Diode blown (previous owner jump start - wasn't charging)

- Spark Plugs - Old

- Spark Plug Wires - Old

- EACV/IACV - No idle adjustment under load/surging idle

- Throttle Body - Leaking shaft bushing & vacuum pots (came with rebuilt injectors)

- Fuel Pressure Regulator (bad diaphragm)

For the rest of the other work that I've done:

- Checked timing, its dead on.

- Valve adjustment

- Both coolant temp sensors (thought maybe stuck in open loop?). I kept getting conflicting info, so I just did both of them.

- Charged A/C system with R12 (unrelated, but thought I would include it).
