I'm having an intermittent problem with my starter grinding during or after the car starts. No cel. Starter shop says the starter works fine.
I have voltage coming out of both sides of my radio fuse.
I have .5v coming out of the starter signal fuse and starter wire even with the ignition switch to off position. The ICU was slightly fried, but i changed it out with fresh one and nothing changed. There is also very high resistance between the top of the starter signal fuse and radio fuse. I tested this on a spare fusebox i have with the same result, so I assume thats normal.
Once car is started it seems to run fine.
