1994 Honda Civic Can't Change Clock

Hello, I know this is basic but I have a 1994 honda civic ex that I can't figure out how to change the time on the clock. It has the one button push there on the clock and I've pushed it over and over and still have no idea on how to change it.

Anybody know?
