Angry 1995 honda civic

I have a 95 Honda Civic 1.5 that was running fine. AC work was being performed on the A/C thermostat when the car would turn over but not start. The fuel pump doesn't come on. It has no spark. It won't come out of park and the ac compressor doesn't come on nor the light on the AC switch. Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone have any ideas about any of the issues that I am facing? I just don't know what else to try.

May sound stupid, but have you checked the car battery?

I have, unfortunately that wasn't the problem.

Blown fuses or unplugged / damaged wiring? Locking in park is from the same circuit as the brake lights, which comes from a fuse in the box next to the battery. See if the brake lights work.

Thanks! I have tried all the fuses -damaged wiring -park lockout and more. The main relay (fuel pump) has only one hot (positive) wire with the key switch on or off. The ignition switch works fine. Does anyone know where the inertia switch is located on a 1995 honda civic dx? The manual says that it's on the center consol. But it is not there. I did a very thorough search. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no inertia switch.

Do the brake lights work? They should come on when the pedal is pressed whether or not the key is on. If they don't, you have a very fundamental electrical problem since they are wired almost direct from the battery. Same with the headlights and the 4-way emergency flashers.

Thanks again. The head lights and the brake lights both come on with the key on or off. You are right, there is no inertia switch. I tried replacing the main relay with another, but no dice.

The next test is to pull the hand brake up and watch the BRAKE light on the dash while you turn the key to try to start. This light is powered by the same circuit that runs most of the ignition and ECU. It should light up constantly in key positions II (run) and III (start).
