96 Civic Oil leak....

96 Civic Oil leak....
I have a oil leak from the timing belt side, doesn't look like the cam seal the top cover is blocking my view, but I don't see anything running down behind it), crank seal is dry. I have all the belts off but need to start it to get the oil flowing to find the leak, any problems with that? PS, A/C and alternator belts are off the pulley...valve cover gasket is new, no problems there.
What else can leak on the drivers side of the engine?

It is OK to test run the engine with the timing cover and external belts removed, but you must put the crank pulley back on and tighten the bolt so the timing belt doesn't come off.
The oil pump is attached to the block right behind the timing belt and crank seal and there are plenty of places for it to leak oil, though such leaks are not common.
