I have replaced spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap. Still getting random multiple misfire codes for #3 + #4. Also, p0172 for running rich. Changed throttle body from another matching Honda.

How can I narrow down what needs to be replaced?

 

Check the valve adjustment. Also do a compression test. Swap the fuel injectors around and see if the problem cylinder follows them.
